About the Position:
You handle everything related to POs, shipping, and delivery of promotional products from our vendors to our customers.
You will confirm PO information, issue POs to all necessary vendors, confirm on-time shipping of POs, enter/confirm tracking information, and confirm receipt of goods at the final destination. You will use our order management system to help resolve vendor issues, shipping exemptions, and all Account Manager follow-ups.
Hybrid Role - 2 days remote, 3 days on-site (if located in the SF Bay Area)
Remote Role - 5 days remote (if located outside the SF Bay Area)
- Base Salary $31.25 per hour/ $65,000 per year + bonus (pay increases in the future)

- Purchase Order Management: Vendor Confirmations, Items Received Confirmation, Vendor Proof Confirmation, Vendor Delivery Confirmation, Vendor Bill Reconciliation
- Vendor Payment Management: Vendor payment management and adhering to Company policies and procedures.
- Order Shipping Management: Confirm order Shipped, Confirm Tracking, Handling all shipping issues directly with vendor and carriers, Shipping Allocations
- Post-order Management: Follow RA workflow, Track down all missing invoices to ensure the month is closed on time, and resolve all issues preventing orders from being closed.
- Price Negotiations: Vendor price negotiations for large quantity orders.
