We are looking for an assistant to help up with order entry and manangement. Must have promotional item industry experience. Experience with SageOnline is a plus but other industry order managment platforms are good and will train on Sage as long as your your have a keen understanding of the promotional items industry. We are seeking someone to assist us with:
Position: Assistant to Sales
Part-time, up to15-20 hours per week
Supporting salesperson in Tulsa, OK
Sourcing promotional items
Order entry
Manage the order flow with suppliers
Data Entry when needed
Reconciliation of completed job
This job is flexible based on your schedule. After preliminary training, you will work the majority from home.
1+ year of Promotional Item Industry experience
Writing orders in Sage Online / or another promotional platform
