Merchandising Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Selection and Curation: Research, identify, and curate a wide variety of promotional products suitable for different industries and target audiences. Evaluate product quality, pricing, and reliability of suppliers to ensure the selection of high-quality merchandise.
Client-Centric Merchandise Planning: Craft detailed merchandise proposals and vibrant catalogs, each tailored meticulously to resonate with individual corporate and college clientele.
Holistic Client Engagement: Be the face and voice during client interactions, presenting them with the latest trends, detailed product breakdowns, and engaging catalog discussions.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and emerging products to make informed decisions about the products to be included in promotional campaigns. Analyze market demand, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to optimize product selection.
Supplier Relationship Management: Dive deep into the supplier ecosystem, forging bonds and extracting valuable industry insights. Your ability to understand and predict market trends will be pivotal in keeping our product offerings fresh and relevant.

Merchandising Specialist Requirements:
Must be a seasoned professional with substantial experience in the Promotional Products field.
Possess strong supplier management skills.
