The Associate Account Executive will report to the VP of Sales, responsible for inbound sales activities, and assisting the Account Executive with their outbound sales efforts. Below are additional key responsibilities for this inside sales role:
Conduct pre-sales and post-sales activities such as providing product information, answering product questions regarding inventory and lead times, and providing tracking, RMAs, and invoices.
Assist Account Executive with inbound and outbound activities, including sample and virtual processing.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the supplier-distributor-end user relationship and the full sales cycle involved in delivering a complete order.
Achieve monthly and annual Team Invoiced Sales revenue goals while satisfying profit margin requirements.
Understand and forecast needs and next steps for customers, including product recommendations, samples, mockups, and cost-saving opportunities.
Respond to incoming sales leads of within a timely manner and log new information into our CRM system.
Communicate with the Account Executive and VP of Sales on client trends, challenges, and opportunities uncovered in customer interactions.
Identify missing information in the sales process, from quotation to invoicing. Contact customers to obtain this info and keep the order process on target.
Understand and demonstrate Qpromo’s product or service differentiators to the customer, along with an explanation of benefits.
Proactively offer pre-determined sales tools that align with account medal status to advance inbound leads into order conversion.
Follow QPromo’s pre-designed cadence to advance communications with customers and overcome objections.
Handle issues regarding the product or service with recommendations to the Account Executive for best resolution to offer to the customer.
Responsibly manage time each day between inbound requests and follow up, while providing excellent service to customers over the phone and through email.
0-3 years of sales experience with documented success in exceeding quota/goals.
Process orientated and ability to systematically manage a sales funnel.
Concise and well expressed written/verbal communication.
Ability to work cross functionally and solution orientated.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in utilizing a CRM system, preferably SAP.
