Ideal Candidate Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge of the email and direct mail marketing channels
Experience in campaign management within a direct marketing environment
Solid project management skills
Able to interpret and understand complex analysis and recommend improvements to various direct marketing activities to ensure effectiveness of programs
Comfortable with coaching and developing more junior members of the team
Good understanding of test and learn strategies in a direct marketing environment
