Eisner Health is seeking an experienced bilingual Marketing Manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our professional team. The Marketing Manager will manage and implement internal and external marketing and communication programs that will increase the awareness and reputation of Eisner Health, provide quality and relevant communication to our patients, and foster alliances with the broader community.
Plan, direct, manage and evaluate strategies and initiatives for internal and external communications, including patient communications, brand management, marketing, publications, and crisis communications.
Create high-quality English and Spanish content and production of printed and digital media for our website, newsletters, publications, brochures, press releases, event promotion, and annual report.
Manage website content and design.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all Eisner Health departments to ensure quality and timely content for patient population.
Supervise and mentor the Social Media Coordinator.
Support management of external agencies or consultants as necessary.
Provide marketing support at all events for a variety of target audiences, including patient, community and donors.
Produce marketing reports, including report for the President + CEO, Board of Directors, and other agencies as requested.
Promote a culture of accountability, ethical decision-making, adherence to mission, and excellence within advancement.
Adhere to all HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
Tracks and maintains media library of all press results and evaluations media coverage and ROI.
Writes talking points and develops preparatory materials as needed.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current Marketing, and Communication methods, best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for growth.
Works flexible schedules, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
Five plus years of experience in marketing, copyediting, and management, preferably in a health and human services organization.
Demonstrated commitment to accountability, measuring outcomes, and a results-oriented culture.
Exceptional bilingual oral and written communication skills, including the ability to share information clearly in both written and oral presentations; and create high impact presentation materials that present complex information and issues with brevity, clarity, and accuracy.
Ability to build consensus, maintain favorable working relations with employees, promote a cooperative work environment, and facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and accountability.
Familiarity working in trauma-informed organizations or using trauma-informed language preferred.
Ability to construct, articulate, and implement annual and long-term strategic plans.
Strong interpersonal, supervision, administration, and management skills.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with project management and donor tracking systems.
Ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages, and backgrounds.
Sound judgment, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
