The Creative Marketing Associate will be the day-to-day marketing and creative person within VIAIR Corporation. This position is a hybrid role that works in both creative design & production and marketing. Successful candidates should have experience in digital and social media marketing, graphic design and photography skills, and some previous experience in project management. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Automotive industry.
Marketing lead: Own the company’s marketing annual plan in alignment with sales team and the company’s goals. Run monthly marketing meetings. Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
Social media: Serve as day-to-day lead on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), including daily posting, follower engagement, and giveaways. Track and plan all content via content calendar and scheduling.
Digital & email marketing: Manage digital advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Create, execute, and track email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp.
Creative & graphic design:Update, create, and manage creative assets (print and digital), including brochures, catalogs, color boxes, magazine or web/social ads, apparel, etc.
Print production: Prepare final press-ready files on supplied specifications for several types of printing, and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.
Product photography: Take photos of products, edit and optimize for print or digital production. Provide image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation.
Sponsorships: Manage company’s product sponsorship program, including vehicle sponsorships, show sponsorships, and social media influencer sponsorships.
Trade Shows and Events: Assist with planning and attending trade shows and events by identifying and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, etc.
Copywriting and blog: Write copy and content for marketing materials, including blog posts.
Industry networking and relationships: Maintain relationship with key vehicle builders and influencers within VIAIR’s market segments (including air suspension, off-road, RV, overlanding, etc.)
Must have solid knowledge of print production processes and software including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with web coding / development a plus.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in Facebook Business Suite and Facebook Creator Studio. Experience using Mailchimp, Wordpress, Google Ads, and Airtable a plus.
Impeccably detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Knowledge and experience within Automotive industry a plus.
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience is desired.
