Insider Intelligence is hiring a Vice President, Demand Generation to own the creation and development of the strategy, creation and execution of integrative campaigns that drive new business pipeline growth.
As Vice President, Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for driving new and qualified new business leads for our sales organization. You will ideate and execute campaigns, both paid and organic, that are designed to increase the amount of qualified leads across all of our target industries. In this role, you will utilize all the latest marketing tactics, partnerships, and thought leadership to increase the pipeline and improve our brand awareness where it matters.
You’ll work with our content marketing, design & development, and product teams to test and implement strategies to acquire new leads and prospects both onsite and off. You are relentless in your pursuit to find new and effective ways to acquire new business leads. Through events and other virtual or in-person opportunities, you will own and manage the acquisition of qualified leads into our Sales funnel. You will be responsible for managing a paid acquisition budget and monitoring expenditure into efforts that provide a positive return on investment.

Design and implement high-impact programs that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel while hitting target metrics, including qualified leads and pipeline.
Measure, track, and optimize engagement from the top of the funnel throughout the customer journey to ensure marketing is accelerating sales efforts to close business.
Plan, develop, and execute virtual and in-person events that serve as lead building opportunities for the organization. Responsible for all performance metrics related to these events.
Forecast, measure, and report out campaign performance, make recommendations for campaign improvements, and share key takeaways across the Sales and Marketing organizations.
Partner with the Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams to optimize performance for conversions against our key buyer personas and target industries.
Desired Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience with demand generation experience and a focus on driving top of funnel performance.
Hands-on and proven experience scaling demand generation programs (e.g., Paid campaigns, events, lead nurturing, account based marketing (ABM), etc.)
Strong working knowledge of essential demand generation systems, including and not limited to Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics.
Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with multiple teams within the organization including product, media solutions, and others.
Ability to lead and communicate performance and results of marketing campaigns to the executive committee and detail recommendations for growth
